Gorgeous setting on the (shockingly low) reservoir looking up at Mount Timp where well loved, thoughtfully curated, delicious food comes from the kitchen.

Beverage director hails from Reno, and while the wine list could use a bit more focus, the cocktail program appears to be first rate. It’s a haul no doubt but for an “out of the ordinary” evening (or lunch) the Winos find it well worth the trek.
